We specialize in headhunting and recruiting services with offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. Position Summary We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our garment trading company with main markets in the USA and South America. The ideal candidate will provide front desk and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily office operations and a welcoming environment for visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform daily receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls Provide general administrative support to office departments Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services Maintain a professional and organized front desk area Assist with ad‑hoc office tasks as required Ideal Candidates Form 5 graduate or above Minimum 5 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Experience in trading, manufacturing, or buying office environments is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Well‑organized, courteous, and reliable Employment Terms 5‑day work week: Mon to Fri 9:30‑6:30 13‑month salary plus performance bonus 12 days of annual leave Minimal overtime required Friendly and supportive work culture How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expected to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purpose only.
