Asian offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing & Vietnam Role Summary Reports to the Divisional Head of Lighting Manage multiple teams including product development, procurement, QA/QC teams Ensure daily smooth operation with customers & suppliers Oversee supply chain from procurement to production & distribution Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business KPIs to enhance efficiency and profitability. Lead and manage teams across product development, procurement, and QA/QC to ensure smooth daily operations with customers and suppliers. Oversee the entire supply chain process from procurement through production and distribution, ensuring timely product delivery. Prepare and manage the operations budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operational capabilities with business objectives. Elevate customer service standards to reflect high brand value and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Manage inventory control and aging stock to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, fostering a safe and secure working environment. Ideal Candidates Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities. Analytical thinker with expertise in financial management, forecasting, and Microsoft Office tools. Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Collaborative team player who promotes innovation and a positive work culture. Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and delivering results under pressure. Holds a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in a management role within operations, merchandising, or supply chain management.
