投資者關係助理（IR Assistant）

Responsibilities Compile clinical trial data and R&D pipeline progress, create bilingual (English and Chinese) investor presentation materials (PPT) and Q&A documents, and provide support for information disclosure and reporting. Communicate with investors, address basic inquiries, organize earnings conferences, roadshows, and industry meetings, coordinate schedules, take meeting minutes, and conduct follow-ups. Monitor the market and industry, track clinical progress in the global biopharmaceutical field, and analyze transaction information. Assist with IR-related tasks for IPO, refinancing, or M&A projects. Maintain the investor database and update institutional shareholding changes and key contact information. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience; exceptional fresh graduates may be considered. Familiarity with biopharmaceutical industry terminology and financial knowledge. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other software; excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). #J-18808-Ljbffr
