作为电推进系统研发团队的核心技术专家，您将负责船用大功率电力电子变换器（包括DC-DC转换器、充放电系统及岸电连接设备）的硬件设计、开发与验证。您的使命是打造高效、可靠且坚固的电力电子产品，确保其在恶劣的船舶环境中稳定运行，为公司船舶电动化解决方案提供关键核心技术支撑。As a core technical expert in the electric propulsion R&D team, you will be responsible for the hardware design, development, and validation of high-power marine power electronic converters, including DC-DC converters, charging/discharging systems, and shore connection solutions. Your mission is to develop highly efficient, reliable, and robust power electronics products that operate stably in harsh marine environments, providing key technical support for the company's marine electrification solutions. 核心职责 / Key Responsibilities 1. 设计与开发 / Design & Development 主导船用大功率双向DC-DC变换器、电池充放电管理系统及岸电充电设备的拓扑选型、半导体器件选型、磁性元件设计及PCB布局指导。Lead topology selection, semiconductor device selection, magnetic component design, and PCB layout guidance for marine high-power bidirectional DC-DC converters, battery charging/discharge management systems, and shore power charging equipment. 运用仿真工具（如PSpice, LTspice, SIMetrix）进行电路仿真、损耗分析及热仿真，优化设计性能与可靠性。Use simulation tools (e.g., PSpice, LTspice, SIMetrix) for circuit simulation, loss analysis, and thermal simulation to optimize design performance and reliability. 编写详细的设计文档、DFMEA（设计失效模式与影响分析）及生产指导文件。Prepare detailed design documentation, DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), and production guidance documents. 2. 测试与验证 / Testing & Validation 制定电力电子产品的测试计划（DVP），独立完成样机调试、性能测试（效率、温升）、环境适应性测试（高低温、湿热）及EMC测试。Develop test plans (DVP) for power electronics products, independently complete prototype debugging, performance testing (efficiency, thermal rise), environmental adaptability testing (high/low temperature, damp heat), and EMC testing. 分析测试数据，诊断并解决设计问题，完成测试报告，为产品设计迭代和船级社认证提供依据。Analyze test data, diagnose and resolve design issues, and complete test reports to support design iteration and classification society certification. 3. 合规与支持 / Compliance & Support 确保所有设计符合船舶应用的相关国际标准（如IMO, IEC, IEEE, DNV/GL, ABS, CCS）。Ensure all designs comply with relevant international standards for marine applications (e.g., IMO, IEC, IEEE, DNV/GL, ABS, CCS). 为系统集成团队提供电力电子方面的专业技术支持，协助解决系统级联调中的问题。Provide professional technical support in power electronics to the system integration team and assist in resolving issues during system-level commissioning. 与供应商密切合作，完成关键元器件（如IGBT, SiC模块, 电感、电容）的选型、评估与认证。Work closely with suppliers to complete the selection, evaluation, and qualification of key components (e.g., IGBT, SiC modules, inductors, capacitors). 任职要求 / Qualifications 学历与经验 / Education & Experience 电力电子、电气工程及相关专业硕士或以上学历。Master's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3年以上大功率（≥50kW）开关电源、变频器或新能源行业（光伏/储能/电动汽车）电力电子产品开发经验。有完整项目经历者优先。3+ years of experience in developing high-power (≥50kW) switch-mode power supplies, converters, or power electronics products in the new energy industry (PV/ESS/EV). Experience with full product development cycles is preferred. 专业能力 / Technical Competencies 精通高频大功率变换器拓扑（如LLC, DAB, Buck/Boost, 三相VSC）设计与控制，熟悉SiC/GaN等宽禁带半导体应用者优先。Proficient in the design and control of high-frequency high-power converter topologies (e.g., LLC, DAB, Buck/Boost, Three-phase VSC).
