About the role Rectrix Group Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager (Client-side) to join our team in Hong Kong Island. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of building services projects within our organisation. What you'll be doing Providing technical expertise and leadership to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of building services projects. Reviewing and approving design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals from contractors. Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in building services engineering. Mentoring and training junior members of the project team. What we’re looking for Minimum 20 years of experience in building services engineering, preferably with experience in a client-side, contractor and consultant role. Demonstrated expertise in the design, installation, and commissioning of building services systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and reports. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Familiarity with local building regulations and codes. Degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant professional certifications.
