Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support to the firm and business units regarding legal and regulatory issues on a day‑to‑day basis in relation to securities, futures, asset management and insurance businesses and other ad hoc projects. Prepare, review and handle legal documentation. Assist in handling litigation matters. Instruct and liaise with external lawyers and professional consultants. Report to senior management on legal issues, where needed. Supervise handling of deceased clients’ and bankrupt clients’ accounts. Liaise with regulatory and government authorities. Qualifications Law degree with honors from HK. Minimum 3 years of working experience in legal or financial services field. Familiar with rules and regulations on securities and futures businesses and dealing with relevant regulators. Attention to detail, and high accuracy. Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
