Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Digital Campaign Coordinator (Programmatic Platforms) to drive the success of our digital marketing campaigns. This role involves managing and optimizing SEM, social media, and programmatic campaigns, coordinating projects on cutting-edge platforms, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 5 years of agency experience, expertise in digital ad operations, and strong cross-functional coordination skills to thrive in our fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEM, Social Media, Programmatic) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Manage projects on programmatic platforms, handling timelines, deliverables, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROI) using tools like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Google Ads to optimize outcomes. Foster seamless communication with clients, creative teams, technical teams, and stakeholders to align on campaign objectives. Produce detailed reports and documentation, tracking KPIs and providing strategic updates to leadership. Conduct market research to inform campaign strategies and identify growth opportunities. Support administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and campaign documentation. Qualifications and Skills Approximately 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting. Hands‑on expertise in digital ad operations, proficient with platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager. Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies; familiarity with marketing SaaS platforms is a plus. Skilled in data analysis for programmatic campaigns, with knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Analytics preferred. Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination abilities, with a client‑centric approach. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin); basic Korean is an advantage.
