About the role We are seeking an experienced Asset Management (Leasing) Manager to join our team at China Resources Enterprise Property Investment Company Limited in Wan Chai District. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the leasing of our commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and rental returns. What you'll be doing Responsible to handle tenancy administration work and daily operations in leasing, marketing, property management and renovation projects to maximize the overall performance and meet budget requirement. Appraise the positioning of properties under management, propose trade‑mix strategy and identify asset enhancement opportunities, solicit new portfolio tenants. Participate in financial analysis, valuation, budget planning and business forecasting for investment properties portfolio. Build & manage relationship with tenants, retailers and property agencies and other stakeholders. Engage in marketing strategy and program to enhance the overall position of leasing portfolio. What we're looking for Degree holder in Business, Accounting or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in leasing administration of property industry, more experiences will be considered for higher-level positions. Familiar with leasing procedures and relevant legal documentation and legal proceeding. Proactive attitude, well‑organized and good team player. Proficient computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage. Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
