You must have a strong ability to work on multiple task deliverables, handle sensitive information and partner with HRBPs, Leaders and Employees to deliver exceptional results on a company-wide scale. The role will be based in Hong Kong or Singapore. Responsibilities Partner with HRBPs and business teams to drive Benefits programs in line with Tesla’s benefits strategy. Support ad-hoc data analysis and analyse market trends and survey benchmarking data to develop effective Benefits programs and strategies. Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills to drive robust understanding of benefits policies, including insurance, recognition & wellbeing among HRBPs, Leaders and employees. Proactively support the review of existing Benefits program processes and development of new compensation policies for the region, as well as the implementation of internal benefits tools and systems. Leverage external best practices to plan and administer employee Benefits and Wellbeing programs and policies in the region, to deliver an exceptional and consistent employee experience. Explore manage external relationships with key vendors to drive visibility and ensure effective administration and delivery of Benefits programs. Stay current on all emerging benefits regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Implement all benefits projects with innovative communication channels. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or similar, or demonstrated benefits/broker experience. 3 - 4 years of experience as a Reward Specialist or Benefits Consultant. Prior experience in Consulting preferred. Good understanding of broad-based regional group insurance programs. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with a deep interest in analysing data to drive sound decision-making. Possess a high level of integrity. Be widely trusted, direct, and truthful, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and gain confidence. Solution and client service-oriented, with a strong emphasis on problem solving. Proven organisational and stakeholder management abilities with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Strong ability to communicate with multiple languages: English, Korean, Japanese & Mandarin to interact with regional stakeholders. Photoshop, Video, Tableau experience is a plus.
