The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong consulting or vendor experience, capable of bridging business and IT teams to deliver successful outcomes. You will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders, align expectations, and help steer global initiatives to success. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, user story creation, UAT, and test case development for digital and CRM‑related initiatives. Manage project timelines, delivery plans, and ensure clear communication across business and technical teams. Host and facilitate workshops, presentations, and regular status updates using strong PowerPoint and communication skills. Align regional and local stakeholders, managing expectations and driving consensus across global teams. Act as both Business Analyst and Project Manager—driving project momentum, problem solving, and ensuring successful delivery. Serve as a key contact for users and IT, balancing priorities and addressing challenges as they arise. Requirements 6–12 years of experience in digital business analysis and/or project management roles, ideally with a consulting background. Proven track record to independently drive projects and resolve issues across users and IT teams. Proven experience in stakeholder management, timeline planning, and end‑to‑end project delivery. Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills Solid understanding of BA practices: user stories, UAT, test case creation, and workshop hosting. Prior technical background will be ideal but not mandatory Experience in retail projects is advantageous, but not mandatory.
