Responsibilities Develop work plans for various arboricultural works including but not limited to tree survey, tree risk assessment and tree works; and carrying out the works Prepare relevant reports and respond to client feedback Perform tree-related ad‑hoc tasks as required Qualifications Professional certificate / higher diploma or above qualification(s) in arboriculture, tree management, tree risk assessment, landscape management up to or above the standard of Level 4 in the HK Qualifications Framework, or equivalent in an appropriate discipline Holder of professional qualification(s) equivalent to ISA Certified Arborist and recognized by the Tree Management Office (TMO) Have completed and passed training programs in tree risk assessment recognized by the TMO Have at least 3 years of work experience in tree care and is familiar with tree risk assessment and management practices under the current TRAM Guidelines (10th edition) Able to identify tree species and able to handle the regular physically demanding outdoor field works Ability to carry out tree works is definitely an advantage Possession of a valid Green Card and a driving license (Type 1) are advantages Proficient in Chinese typing and in using MS office, experience in CAD is preferred but not a must Able to work both independently and as a team Strong sense of responsibility and capable of working on initiatives Benefits Office close to Tai Wo Stations General holidays Flexible work arrangements 11 – 14 days’ paid annual leave (for every period of 12 consecutive months) five‑day work scheme (may be occasionally required to perform duties on Saturday to meet service needs) Salary package is commensurate with skills and experience.
