The developer will lead the architecture, development, and optimization of end-to-end dashboard solutions that enable business users to visualize performance, trends, and opportunities. Success is measured by the clarity and impact of the dashboards, the thoughtfulness of user‑centric design choices, and the ability to scale solutions for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced data models and semantic layers to support business‑critical analysis. Design and deliver visually appealing, highly interactive Power BI dashboards tailored for specific users, including executives and frontline staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and define KPIs, ensuring dashboards are purpose‑driven and contextual. Optimize dashboard performance (incremental refresh, efficient model design, DAX tuning) for seamless user experiences. Champion best practices in UI/UX, from clear visual hierarchy to intuitive navigation and accessibility. Requirements 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and refreshing strategies; 6-8 years will be considered Senior. Proven ability to build end-to-end dashboard solutions that are both fast to deliver and impactful for business users. Strong skills in designing intuitive, user‑focused dashboards where design decisions are driven by the audience, business goals, and clarity of insight. Exposure to or deep understanding of retail, or luxury, or FMCG, or boutique business processes is a major advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
