HKMC Annuity Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, is an authorized insurer to carry on long term insurance business and facilitate retirement financial planning through the provision of annuity products in Hong Kong. Job Descriptions To contribute to the development of information security strategy, policy and guidelines; To provide independent oversight of technology-related projects, new system implementation, and digital initiatives to ensure risks are identified and addressed upfront; To conduct security risk assessment for new or existing IT initiatives, including identification, evaluation, and prioritization of IT risks across the Company; To maintain and monitor risk register and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for technology and cyber risk, and assist in preparing risk reports for risk committees and governance forums; To participate in IT and security-related incidents and investigation; To act as a subject matter expert to business units and IT, providing expert advisory on technology risk and security matters; To monitor emerging regulatory landscape and latest security threats, and recommend enhancements to risk controls and policies; and To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines; A minimum of 5 years’ experience in information technology, information security, risk management, compliance or IT audit function, preferably in banking or financial institutions; Sound knowledge in security architecture, regulatory requirements, industry’s standards and best practices; Professional qualifications such as in Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent will be an advantage; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders; and Good analytical, technical, project management, report writing, communication and presentation skills.
