Promote Responsible AI: Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices in responsible and ethical AI, maximizing value while safeguarding integrity and compliance. Mentor & Inspire: Build and nurture high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth. Shape the Future of AIDrive Innovation with Cutting-Edge Technologies Academic Credentials: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution. Extensive Experience: At least 7-8 years of hands-on experience in IT system development, AI project management, or solution integration, ideally with exposure to financial, healthcare, or educational domains. Technical Mastery: Proficiency in AI/ML model integration, cloud infrastructure, and mainstream deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with federated learning platforms (e.g., FATE) and database management systems (e.g., MSSQL) is a plus. Innovative Mindset: Demonstrated passion for exploring new technologies, with a track record of leading successful POCs and implementing AI-driven solutions. Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to motivate teams, manage resources, and communicate complex ideas clearly in both English and Chinese (Mandarin required). Problem-Solving Excellence: Adept at analyzing business needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering creative, effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
