AI Solutions Lead

Responsibilities Lead the ideation, scoping and delivery of complex AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility Build high-performing, cross-functional teams to conceptualise, build and deploy AI-driven solutions Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and ongoing support Continuously monitor AI model performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement enhancements Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and translate them into innovative AI-powered solutions Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, and evaluate their commercial viability and strategic relevance Champion the adoption of AI within the organisation and evangelise the benefits to both internal and external audiences Qualifications 5+ years of experience in leading the design, development and deployment of AI/ML solutions in a complex, enterprise environment Proven track record of translating business requirements into cutting-edge AI architectures and delivering measurable commercial impact Solid technical expertise in areas like machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing business needs Science Park, Tai Po District, HK #J-18808-Ljbffr
