Director, Office Leasing

We are a Hong Kong-listed property developer seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Company. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership: Formulate and implement leasing strategies for the Group’s commercial assets; lead and conduct market research, competitor analysis and rental forecast to inform pricing and positioning strategies; provide coaching and guidance to junior team members within the department. Business Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and leasing terms of lease agreements; monitor the budget submitted by various stakeholders including JV partners, property management companies, subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable conditions. Operation Excellence: Oversee pre-leasing documentation, tenancy administration and status update reports; ensure compliance with leasing policies, legal requirements, and corporate facility management standards. Relationship Management: Build and strengthen partnerships with key tenants, new clients and agents; take proactive approach to develop new market leads through solid network to expand the client base; drive internal collaboration with property management, marketing and finance teams to align leasing activities with broader asset plans. Qualifications Degree holder or above in Real Estate/ Business Administration/ Marketing or related disciplines. At least 10 years of solid experience in sales & marketing of property industry, proven track record in grade A office leasing is a definite advantage. Strong business acumen, self‑motivated and good social interaction with potential tenants and real estate agents. An experienced team leader with effective stakeholder management skills. Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese). Candidate with less experience can be considered as Associate Director, Office Leasing.
