SAP SD or SAP Successfactor or SAP FICO Consultant (about 50000/m, airline) My client is looking for 3 team leads for SD or FICO or SuccessFactor with Onshore and Offshore leading experience. SAP SD Participate in complete SAP S/4HANA SD implementation cycle. Lead requirement activities, fit to standard approach and perform gap analysis. Work with client and development team to ensure SD application is properly configured and developed to meet the needs of the business. Conduct train‑the‑trainer approach to support the super user in various testing and training activities within the implementation project. Support change management activities. SAP MM Participate in complete SAP S/4HANA MM implementation cycle. Lead requirement activities, fit to standard approach and perform gap analysis. Work with client and development team to ensure MM application is properly configured and developed to meet the needs of the business. Conduct train‑the‑trainer approach to support the super user in various testing and training activities within the implementation project. Support change management activities. SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central / EC‑Payroll Participate in complete SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central / EC‑Payroll implementation cycle. Lead requirement activities, fit to standard approach and perform gap analysis. Work with client and development team to ensure EC / ECP application is properly configured and developed to meet the needs of the business. Conduct train‑the‑trainer approach to support the super user in various testing and training activities within the implementation project. Support change management activities. SAP FICO Team Lead Responsibilities: Conduct SAP project delivery activities for SAP S4 HANA implementation. Blueprint process functional design and presentation to stakeholders. Functional unit test, system integration test and support UAT. Data conversion design, requirement validation and functional mapping based on client requirements. Support data conversion trial testing. Deliver SAP S4 HANA T‑T‑T training planning, material preparation and execution. Support cutover, go live support activities and transition to AMS stage. End‑to‑end process integration with non‑SAP application. Functional process integration and communication with other SAP functional and IT teams for SIT planning, defect resolution and workaround recommendations. Coordinate testing and data conversion activities across teams. Project delivery on functional workstream. Assist SAP S4 HANA Delivery Manager/Functional Lead on project governance and communication. Prepare detailed project plans and track activities. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project management reports. Coordinate change management, change control log, risk and issue logs. Update deliverables tracking sheet. Support ad hoc assignments as requested by the Delivery Manager or PMO. Requirements: Experience in SAP S4 HANA Project is a must. 10+ years SAP FICO experience; BPC & IBP an advantage. Experience in SAP S4 HANA functional processes. End‑to‑end month‑end cycle experience. Proficient in English or Mandarin and Cantonese (non‑Cantonese speaking candidates may also be considered).
