Hospital Foreman - (REF. NO.: NTWC-S ) Application Deadline: 19 December 2025 Date of Issue: 5 December 2025 Vacancy Notification Circular No. NTWC-S Rank: Hospital Foreman Pay: HK$23,725 to HK$30,244 (HGPS Point 7 to 11) per month including Monthly Allowance Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate general supporting services including cleansing, security, portering, hospital transportation, linen exchange services, access control, quarters management, car park management, gardening service, pest control, waste management, emergency response etc. Train the frontline staff and be responsible for performance management. Handle emergencies, workplace violence and other ad hoc incidents in the hospital. Monitor and review performance of the outsourced service contractors. Implement occupational safety and health programs and review Injury-On-Duty cases. Prepare duty roster, management/incident reports and training records. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Entry Requirements (a) 3 years’ satisfactory service in the HA, or (b) 2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service, facilities management or other related services/ industries. Have shown the potential to lead and supervise staff. Able to speak fluent Cantonese, to read simple English, and to write Chinese and English. Sound knowledge in the applications of common computer software including MS Office, Chinese word processing, use of e‑mail, etc is preferred. Good supervisory or management skills are preferred. Experience in hospital administration and / or supporting services would be an advantage. Holder of valid driving licence (Vehicle Classification Codes 1&2).
