What You’ll Do Provide technical advice to team members responsible for Data Science work and studies (Data Extraction/Enrichment, Natural Language Processing, process optimization and other data science techniques and models). Formulate appropriate recommendations after analyzing and reviewing analysis produced by team members to improve the performance of products and services. Supervise the development of models, the analysis and research to achieve business targets. Support management team to help implement strategy, priorities, and actions. Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders outside the team to facilitate delivery. Manage the evaluation, development and coaching of team members to achieve the strategic objectives of the company, while creating a highly engaged workforce. Coordinate team’s activities by organizing, planning and controlling the work. Actively participate in the execution of the team projects and mandates. Oversee day‑to‑day of junior members and interns of a small team; coordinate, plan and monitor their activities. Represent the data science function in various working groups/committees and act as a point of contact with other business units. What You Need Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, Earth science, mathematics, statistics or a related field. 5‑8 years in a data science role. Project Management skills. Coaching experience with data scientists. Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.
