Senior Manager (Institutional Relations) Senior Manager (Institutional Relations) (Ref. ) Duties (a) contribute to the internationalisation strategy of the University; (b) manage a portfolio in developing PolyU's institutional relations and networks internationally; (c) build and maintain solid and constructive relationships between stakeholders at the University and overseas institutional partners, alumni, government bodies and public sectors; (d) network with internal and external stakeholders and key audiences at international levels in support of the University's internationalisation plan, including but not limited to receiving visit delegations, organising senior delegation visits and travelling overseas to promote the University; (e) plan and develop projects and activities concerning institutional relations and partnership; (f) maintain the central repository of records on memorandum of understanding/agreement and other documents; (g) work closely with faculty offices and academic units in managing inventory system; and (h) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Global Engagement or his/her delegates. Qualifications (a) a recognised degree or an equivalent qualification; (b) at least eight years of post-qualification experience in administration and event management with substantial experience in working with overseas institutions; (c) substantial experience in data management, interactive dashboards and communications; (d) an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with tight timeline; and (e) an excellent command of both written and spoken English, and strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
