We are looking for a talented digital marketing expert with creative yet practical ideas to promote unique designs from Hong Kong to international markets. Job Highlights # eCommerce # Community Marketing # Campaign & Channel Marketing # Immediately available is a plus Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing and community marketing campaigns to arouse brand awareness, word‑of‑mouth, traffic and drive GMV growth. Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts and affiliate partners. Plan and manage all Social Media platforms strategy including content creation, posting and monitoring social community. Drive growth performance such as new customer acquisition, retention, branding, new category through campaigns, marketing channels and any other platform resources. Design, implement and analyze A/B tests across marketing channels and platforms. Conduct rigorous and frequent analysis on initiative performance (campaigns and channels) and be able to conclude insights and advise next‑up action. Work closely with internal departments and other regions for campaigns and channels such as eDMs and APP Push. Support other ad‑hoc marketing campaigns and offline events. Requirements Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, eCommerce or related disciplines. 3+ years hands‑on experience in digital marketing and/or eCommerce marketplace. Project management, marketing channel optimisation, and solid copy‑writing skills are passionately delivered. Familiar with online shopping trends of Asian lifestyle design goods and services in the Hong Kong and Macau market. Data‑driven, creative, self‑initiative, energetic, well‑organised, detail‑minded and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and being a good team player is a must. Knowledge in using Canva would be an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
