We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize all land transportation and receiving operations at the company. The Logistics Manager will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and managing the efficient movement of people, goods, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to support operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, experience in land logistics, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Job Roles & Responsibilities Supervise and train logistics and transportation staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Coordinate and manage the timely delivery of materials and supplies essential for daily operations. Ensure transportation vehicles and shuttle buses are properly maintained and schedule needed repairs. Coordinate the receiving, inspection, and storage of all incoming deliveries. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Requirements Bachelor degree holder in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in a service-oriented environment. Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Previous experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
