Volunteer: 耆樂大本營 年輕長者義工

Project Details The project is planned to run from 2025 to 2027, providing diverse activities for older adults living in private residential care homes. What We Need 計劃於 年間進行，提供不同類型的活動予居住在私營安老院的長者參與 計劃義工對象為55歲或以上的年輕長者 每次義工服務前將有一節義工簡介會 陪伴居住在私營安老院的長者參與不同活動，其中包括院內和院外活動 義工須協助活動進行，其中包括鼓勵院友參與、協助講解、照顧輪椅使用者等 每節活動時長約2-3小時 Background 由香港社會企業總會及社會創建慈善主辦的「耆樂大本營」計劃，旨在於 年間，推動社企及非牟利機構設計有益身心的活動，讓居住在私營安老院舍的長者兒費參與，以擴展長者的社交網絡和促進心理健康。 同時，計劃亦為社企帶來商機，讓長者與社企弱勢社群員工互惠互利。 What We Have 每節服務前將會提供一節義工簡介會。另外，計劃亦會舉辦義工培訓工作坊，以提升對於關懷長者的技能。 Why this is important 除了讓居住在院舍的長者受益外，年輕長者義工也是本計劃的重點獲益者。透過讓年輕長者（Young-old）陪伴年長長者（Old-old）參與各式各樣的活動，本會希望能令他們找到樂趣，發揮自己的專長，並讓年長長者接觸日常生活以外的人，感受到外間的關懷。長遠而言，希望讓年輕長者也加入照顧者的行列，既減少被照顧者的需求，也為社會減輕照顧者的負擔。 Project Period 05 Nov 2025 - 31 Dec 2026 Location Hong Kong Team Project You’ll be working with other awesome volunteers.
