Project Details 約20分鐘的Zoom視訊遴選 2026年1月、3月、5月 參與義工培訓共17節，内容包括：團隊合作、認識個人潛能、社區活動策劃、溝通及關係建立、聾人服務培訓等等 2026年2月、4月、6月 協助策劃聾人社群服務活動共14節：包括暑期親子活動、聾長者活動、社區聾健共融活動、總結會等 培訓多於星期二、四上午舉行，暑期社區服務則在周末時間（2026年7-10月），詳細時間表可於視訊遴選時查詢 Background 義工培訓及社區服務旨在培訓一班有意服務聾人社群的有心人，讓他們在做義工的同時都有技能和個人能力的提升，也有文化觸覺接觸聾人，在日後投入社區服務時更得心應手。社會服務内容由義工投入參與策劃、設計，鼓勵義工們發揮潛能及所長，與其他有意投入社區發展的義工共同成長、彼此學習。計劃歡迎健聽、聾人、聾人子女（CODA）參與。 What We Have 專業社工提供17節培訓，讓義工先具備活動策劃的技能、認識聾人文化、讓義工瞭解不同服務使用者的需要，例如長者、青少年、兒童等等，所有培訓和社區服務中均有提供手語翻譯服務。 Why this is important 計劃鼓勵義工，讓大眾有更多機會接觸聾人社群，通過與群體面對面接觸，進行文化交流，消除偏見，促進聾健共融。 Project Period 01 Jan 2026 - 31 Oct 2026 Location Kowloon Team Project You’ll be working with other awesome volunteers. About The Organization CODA Hong Kong (Children of Deaf Adults) is the first of its kind in Asia. Established in 2013, its objectives are to help CODAs of Hong Kong understand and acknowledge their special identity as bilingual and bicultural, learn and develop potential skills, build a self‑help community, and adopt positive outlooks of life. CODAs are the second generation of deaf people. We are therefore concerned about government policies of deaf welfare and sign language. Through education, advocacy, publication and academic research, we promote knowledge of sign language and deaf culture to the public and various stakeholders.
