Assistant Manager/ Manager, Actuarial Reporting & Analysis Bowtie Life Insurance Company is looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead actuarial reporting and analysis. About The Role You will be working in a fast‑paced organization that promotes cross‑functional collaboration. As an actuarial manager, you are instrumental in ensuring a healthy, comprehensive view of our business, preparing for future growth and expansion, and ensuring compliance with the latest reporting standards. Your Key Responsibilities Own actuarial reporting (actuarial valuation and statutory reporting), providing financial projections and business insights. Enhance reports, reporting capabilities, and process, including automation across the reporting pipeline. Review methodology and basis, challenge reasonableness of actuarial approach and assumptions in IFRS 17 reporting, and participate in basis review committees. Manage, mentor, and review the work of junior team members for consistency and suitability. Participate in ad hoc projects that fit your interests and skills. About You At least 4-6 years of actuarial experience or similar insurance/financial roles. Strong analytical and systems‑thinking mindset. Problem‑solving mindset coupled with good communication skills. Technical knowledge of insurance/actuarial (e.g., Hong Kong Risk‑Based Capital, IFRS 17). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Python is an advantage. Energetic personality and excellent team player.
