Click here to learn more about our Benefits ( Culture ( & Career Development ( Assist the Senior Actuarial Manager to provide actuarial services on product development projects and actuarial projects relating to business development as well as channel compensation to the local business unit. Responsibilities Analyze data and results to provide meaningful explanations of results and trends and provide recommendations that are relevant to the business Build and maintain pricing models with baseline result and sensitivity testing Prepare actuarial reports and results in appropriate form for stakeholders Coordinate with other actuarial and technical (e.g. investment) teams on assumptions, methodology and information required Manage experience studies Assist in reviewing product materials from pricing perspective Review work of junior staff for consistency, reasonableness, comprehensiveness and suitability for purpose Provide ad-hoc support in line with team priorities Support the Senior Actuarial Manager in handling reinsurance arrangements Propose and implement improvements to regular pricing process, analyses, reports and documentation Maintain a clearly documented audit trail of data, assumptions, methodology and financial results Qualifications Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary At least 5 years' of experience in the life insurance industry Good command of business English, both in written and spoken form Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Actuarial Analyst Seniority level Mid Senior level Employment type Full time Job function Other Industries Insurance Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at AXA Hong Kong and Macau by 2x.
