As the Customer Relationship Management System Analyst (Contract role), you will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our CRM systems, where your expertise will directly contribute to improved customer experience and loyalty. The Role Assist in the reconstruction of existing CRM systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs. Generate regular reports on CRM performance metrics, customer insights, and campaign effectiveness. Work closely with IT, marketing and retail teams to ensure alignment on CRM strategies. Maintain and ensure data accuracy and compliance across all tasks. Support the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns and operations. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese 1-2 years of experience in CRM/loyalty marketing, with fcus on system enhancements and reconstruction. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets accurately. Excellent analytical skills, with ability to communicate insights effectively.
