The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for arranging and assisting in daily housekeeping operations. You will ensure that cleaning tasks are carried out effectively, handle administrative duties, prepare paperwork, maintain staff records, assign cleaning tasks, and take inventories. You will also manage all calls received by Housekeeping, communicate effectively with internal and external guests, and assist with lost and found procedures. Qualifications Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum 1 year of work experience as an administrator or coordinator. Experience in hotel operations, especially Housekeeping, is advantageous. Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) is preferred.
