What You’ll Do Key Account & Partnership Management: Manage and grow relationships with global theme park hotel partners. Understand partners’ priorities, pain points, and business goals to drive long-term collaboration and revenue growth. Sales Planning & Negotiation: Develop compelling sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive revenue through promotions, marketing exposure, and cross-regional partnership programs. Merchant Communication & Business Reviews: Maintain regular communication with hotel partners, conduct performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and ensure alignment on strategy and execution. Strategic & Data-Driven Planning: Contribute to quarterly planning, analyze market/competitor trends, and use data insights to optimize supply strength, pricing strategy, and commercial performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, finance, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and partner satisfaction. What You’ll Need 5+ years experience in Key Account Management / Business Development / Hospitality / Flight / OTA supply. (OTA experience preferred) Advanced sales & negotiation skills, including strategic partnerships and consultative selling. Strong analytical ability to interpret business performance, market trends, pricing, and partnership metrics. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex partner needs and propose actionable solutions. Commercial mindset with ownership, initiative, and ability to drive business independently. High business acumen, understanding industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner commercial models. Excellent communication & teamwork, able to align cross-functional stakeholders across regions. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken) is required.
