We are looking for a proactive and organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our global K-Beauty e-commerce platform’s influencer marketing initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with influencer management, campaign execution, and administrative support to strengthen brand awareness in global markets, including North America, Europe, Australia, LATAM, and the Middle East. Key Job Responsibilities Assist in identifying and researching relevant influencers across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including content planning, scheduling, and coordination. Help maintain strong relationships with influencers and monitor content deliverables. Track influencer communications, contracts, and campaign-related documentation. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and influencer marketing best practices. Participate in additional assignments as needed. Desired Skills and Experience Excellent command of written and spoken English. Relevant High Diploma or Degree required. 0-2 years of working experience in eCommerce, influencer marketing, social media, or related areas (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and the K-Beauty industry. Passion for Korean and Asian beauty brands and digital marketing trends. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
