Senior Manager, Finance

Our client is a leading engineering company with international presence. We are assisting them in the search of an experienced Finance & Strategy Senior Manager to lead the existing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving FP&A activities, strategic planning, and KPI management across more than 10 business units. Position Responsibilities Lead the FP&A function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Provide analysis and actionable insights to business units, supporting decision‑making and performance improvement. Oversee KPI budgeting, monitor departmental KPI progress, and make recommendations to business units. Consolidate and streamline KPIs across departments to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals. Participate in board meetings, presenting financial and strategic updates. Drive strategic planning initiatives for the entire organization, ensuring alignment with long‑term objectives. Act as a coordination point between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration. Support the GM of Finance in overseeing finance and procurement functions. Provide forward‑looking advice and recommendations to business units to enhance financial and strategic outcomes. Position Requirements Minimum 8‑10 years of FP&A or business analysis experience in sizable organizations. Background in Big 4 accounting firms or consulting companies is a strong advantage. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams of 4‑5 staff. Qualified CPA preferred. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management reporting; experience with ERP implementation and digital transformation is an asset. Strong strategic thinking and advisory capabilities; experience in company secretariat work is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach and strong attention to detail. Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential. Interested individuals can apply now.
