Assist the sales team in maintaining and following up with clients, supporting product promotion activities, and facilitating effective communication between clients and the team to collect and feedback client needs promptly. Support order delivery management: assist in tracking order progress, coordinating with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of products to overseas clients. Handle after-sales follow-up: assist in sorting out, processing, and responding to overseas clients' complaints, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring client satisfaction. Collect, organize, and file relevant data and documents of the assigned region (e.g., client information, order records, trade documents) to maintain systematic and organized data management. Requirements Bachelor's degree of International Trade or related fields is preferred. At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients. Familiarity with international trade processes and order management is preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
