Expression of Interest – New Issues Acceptance Operations Analyst

Description Euroclear Bank Hong Kong are looking for expression of interest profiles for our New Issues Acceptance Team. The New Issues department composed of the following four groups: Acceptance Dedicated Services to Lead Manager Issuing Agents Securities Information New Issues Distribution New Issues Acceptance team is responsible for admission of financial instruments in Euroclear System both on the primary and secondary market. We handle variety of asset classes fixed income equities warrants and hybrid instruments. We perform eligibility review consisting of applying legal fiscal and operational criteria for making determination about securities acceptance into Euroclear Securities Database. New Issues Acceptance are at the start of the chain in the securities lifecycle. Once we open a record of the security into our database other departments will follow-through Asset Servicing and additional services such as Collateral Management. The Team interacts with various external parties: Lead Manager Issuing Agents, Depositaries, CSDs, Issuers. We are also in close collaboration with our colleagues from other New Issues teams: Client Services, Securities Information, Documentation management. Information addition we very much interact with various other Euroclear departments such as Legal, Compliance, Asset Servicing (Income Corporation Action & Tax), Settlement and Collateral. We are keen to receive interest from candidates with the following attributes: Fluent in English and other language e.g. Mandarin is a plus Good time management and communication skill Precise and detail-oriented Good problem solving and analytical skills.
