Position Overview We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Application (Finance & Procurement) to join our Technology Team. The role will manage the Finance & Procurement Solution Product lifecycle, collaborating with partners to deliver technology solutions that drive business results. Responsibilities Work closely with finance & procurement business users to understand strategic goals and leverage internal and external resources to deliver technology solutions that drive business outcomes. Manage vendors to deliver solutions and services that meet agreed service levels and timelines. Act as IT partner and solution owner for the Finance & Procurement system, enforcing compliance with IT policies, InfoSec, audit requirements and setting group standards and key controls. Collaborate with global system users to enforce implemented solutions in accordance with IT policies, InfoSec, PMO requirements and industry standards. Prepare the annual budget plan in partnership with business users and the Technology team. Collaborate with the Technology team to manage the product lifecycle from roadmap, design, implementation, review and continuous improvement through solution iterations. Qualifications 10 years of work experience. Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Finance & Procurement related IT products and services management. IT technical knowledge and project experience in system integration (e.g., process automation, reconciliation automation, E‑invoice, VAT invoice integration). Strong problem‑solving, planning, communication and presentation skills. Fluency in written and oral English; proficiency in Mandarin. Experience working in an IT headquarters is advantageous. Experience in global or regional projects. Project management (PMP) certification is advantageous. Travel may be required.
