Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management, including Directors and functional leaders, to assess the emerging business challenges, identify growth opportunities and strategic improvements. Design, develop and execute a strategic group‑wide initiative to deploy a continuous improvement vision for the business. Leverage emerging technologies (e.g. RPA, AI etc.) to enhance efficiency and unlock new business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in group strategy, business development, market research, or business transformation in complex environments; consulting experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous challenges, translate data into insights and business opportunities, and support senior management in high‑stakes decision‑making. Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship‑building skills, with experience engaging senior teams, executives and cross‑functional leaders. Expertise in driving organisational change, transformation, and process innovation in conjunction with other practices and emerging technologies (e.g. AI, RPA). Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, with a track record of delivering measurable impact at scale. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools preferred. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt with proven large‑scale project success) will be a plus. Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
