Associate Director, Wellness Strategy and Operations Develop and implement wellness strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth customer segments, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Design and innovate wellness programs that deliver personalized, industry-leading experiences focused on preventive health and functional medicine. Oversee operations and financial performance of the wellness center, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and profitability. Manage strategic partnerships with wellness experts and service providers to enhance offerings and maintain quality standards. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and financial data to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations. Drive promotional initiatives to position the wellness center as a key differentiator, including events, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, business development, and training to support channel engagement and brand positioning. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence. Ensure regulatory compliance and governance, including licensing requirements and complaint resolution processes. Stay ahead of global wellness trends to continuously evolve offerings and maintain competitive advantage. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare and wellness sector. Strong passion for healthspan innovation and deep awareness of global and local wellness trends. Commercially minded with expertise in operational design, data analytics, and experience in delivering sophisticated hospitality-style solutions. Prior experience managing wellness center operations is an advantage. Proven leadership ability to guide diverse teams toward achieving KPIs. Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive change. Resilient and solution-focused, capable of handling pressure and multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional presentation and influencing skills, with a strategic approach from planning through execution. Skilled in collaboration and adept at navigating complex, matrixed organizations and external partnerships. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both spoken and written. #J-18808-Ljbffr
