Process improvement : Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the administrative function, identifying areas for enhancement. Who are they looking for? Educational background : Candidates with a Diploma or above in a relevant field, bringing a solid foundation of knowledge to the role. Administrative experience : At least 2 years of experience as an admin assistant or admin clerk. Tech-savvy : Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite, to effectively manage daily tasks.
