Job Title Training Manager Description We are a rapidly expanding F&B organisation based in Hong Kong, with branches in China and Thailand. We are currently recruiting a suitable candidate who will grow with us What you’ll be doing: Formulate, develop and execute on the job training plan to address specific business objectives and drive sales performance. Deliver comprehensive training programs/sessions for shop staff that encompass sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and shop operations. Design, maintain and update training materials for frontline staff, including e‑learning and standard operation procedure (SOP). Establish tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training and development initiatives. Conduct shop visits to ensure training effectiveness. Implement and develop various technology‑based initiatives, including Learning Management System, e‑Learning and related projects. Provide coaching and train‑the‑trainer to ensure the training and tools are implemented effectively. Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support, including managing training materials, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics for training sessions. Perform other and hoc duties as assigned by Management. Right Fit for the role: Degree holder or above, preferably in Business/HR/related disciplines. A minimum of 5 years' hands‑on experience in designing and delivering training programs. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good communication, interpersonal and coaching skills. Self‑motivated, well organized with problem‑solving skill. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Immediate availability preferred. Benefits: Fun and welcoming work environment.
