Responsibilities Support Terminal Duty Manager and Assistant Manager, Terminal Operation in monitoring real-time terminal operations in HKIA including airline operations, contractors' services, Customs, Immigration and Quarantine formalities, licensees' operations according to the prescribed standards to ensure delivery of quality services Supervise service contractors / licensees' performance to ensure quality services at prescribed standard and prepare reports for noncompliance cases Respond to emergency / airport disruptions and carry out specific emergencies response for business recovery to maintain safe, secure and efficient operation and business environment for all airport users Enforce AA Bylaws, conduct on scene investigation and prepare operation log, incident / accident reports Coordinate, supervise events and work projects within HKIA in an organized manner Required to work on shift duties Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other, Information Technology, and Management Industries: Airlines and Aviation Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Airport Authority Hong Kong by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
