PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst / Manager (Insurance client) Add expected salary to your profile for insights DB Results is currently looking for a few skilled PMO Analyst / Manager to join our team to oversee and govern the execution of multiple insurance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and standards. This role requires strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Governance: Establish and uphold project management frameworks and methodologies, coordinate with different project managers to ensure project teams to follow project governance process so as to ensure the best practice across all project initiatives. Portfolio Management: Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues, developing risk mitigation strategies and ensure effective contingency plans are in place. Performance Tracking: Establish and track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Tracking project status with risk, issues and dependencies, status reporting, budgeting and benefits realization and identifying areas for improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between project teams and upper management. Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals. Team development: Mentor project managers / project teams by providing guidance, training and support to foster professional growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and PMO. More experiences may be considered as PMO Manager. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) & willing to learn new project management tools. Able to do project coordination, project portfolio tracking, presentation, training and minutes tracking.
