The role provides analytical, reporting, and coordination support across transformation and AI initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and the successful delivery of key business outcomes. A typical day in this Role: Maintain governance standards by managing BTO and AI project KPIs, status reports, and core portfolio documentation. Support project intake and evaluation, including prioritization, benefits tracking, and resource planning across the transformation portfolio. Consolidate and validate cross-functional project updates to generate accurate, insightful portfolio reports for leadership decision-making. Monitor program performance, identify trends, and proactively flag emerging risks, issues, or dependencies requiring escalation. Perform analytical assessments on budget, timeline, capacity, and resource utilization to enable data-driven program optimization. Design and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to strengthen transparency and visibility of project progress, KPIs, and portfolio health. This job is a good fit for You if: You are a COLLABORATOR. (Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or retail industries is a strong advantage). Strong analytical and reporting skills, with prior exposure to data or AI-driven projects considered a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
