We are seeking a Finance System Related Project Coordinator to support Finance System initiatives and serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and solution consultants. The role will oversee project timelines, coordinate with key stakeholders to ensuring that deliverables meet requirements while fostering cross-departmental collaboration to drive continuous improvement in our financial systems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Finance & Business process owners, IT teams, Solution Consultants on project implementation. Monitor project progress, report critical issue and risk; facilitate discussions among key stakeholders to drive results. Support data cleansing during SIT, UAT, cutover planning and execution. Coordinate with key stakeholders and arrange solution, SIT and UAT workshop. Develop process maps, and support documentation development for projects.
