Senior Accountant, Finance Accounting Team We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to participate in internal audit review, corporate governance, enterprise risk management services, IT advisory engagements, M&A advisory, financial due diligence, and other ad‑hoc projects. Responsibilities Participate in internal audits review, corporate governance, enterprise risk management services and IT advisory engagements Involve in M&A advisory and financial due diligence engagement Identify high-risk areas and make recommendations for improvement Perform the analysis of financial and non-financial business information and provide value-added insights, identifying potential deal issues Prepare work papers and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned Qualifications Degree holder, major in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines 4 years+ of experience in audit/advisory CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP qualified is an advantage Strong interpersonal and organizing skills Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin More experience might be considered as Manager Immediate availability is highly preferred Company Background Our client provides a wide range of risk management and financial advisory services for the companies in Hong Kong and China.
