About the Role
Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support CS IVS digital strategy to enhance CS agent/ EB member experience along the entire journey via digital innovation
  • Support end-to-end implementation of CS agency / EB member digitalisation roadmap
  • Collaborate with various business units for gathering user requirement (i.e. CS Agency, CS Strategy, IVS internal stakeholder)
  • Participate in agent engagement programs including but not limited to promotion to digital ambassadors / soft launch programs for selected agents and collect feedback from key agency leaders
  • Monitor project progress/ status and alert management on key issues
  • Arrange the testing plan and resources from CS side for UAT review
  • Support the function deployment and post-implementation monitoring
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information System, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or relevant major
  • 3~5 yrs or more working experiences in business analyst, product owner etc.
  • Preferable with working experience in insurance industry, digital apps development etc.
  • Preferable with results-oriented, self-motivated to thrive under pressure and committed to continuous self-development.
  • Preferable with written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skill
