China Intermediary Fund Sales Senior Associate Expansion Greater China Intermediary Sales Headcount Promising Career and Rewarding Benefits Our Client Representing the most established European Investment Manager offering broad range of multi‑asset, thematic equities & alternative strategies with over USD 280 Billion AUM to search for China Intermediary Sales Senior Associate Job Duties As part of the regional sales team and you’ll be accountable for cultivating and networking with China Intermediaries including retail banks, private banks and financial advisors Facilitate comprehensive sales and distribution effort by analyzing clients’ profiles; customizing investment solutions to conducting events/road shows Collaborate with regional investment, product and marketing team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and fulfilment of targets Accountable for timely preparation of customized bilingual presentation materials, market analysis and product performance/update Conduct periodic product training and provide quality sales support Identifying business development opportunities, facilitating investor due diligence, managing end‑to‑end pre/post sales process by collaborating with key stakeholders including institutional sales, fund manager, product specialists and legal & compliance Act as the key contact for portfolio review, ongoing investment communication and tackling any operational related enquiries to ensure fulfillment of SLA Understand clients’ investment strategies based on the current capital market landscape and facilitate timely execution Assume key clients contact with high profile institutional & intermediary clients Cultivate strong client relationship by managing the full life cycle from account management, client onboarding, periodic portfolio review to ensuring the timely deliverable of SLA Understand clients’ investment/risk requirements; facilitate pitching/business development activities and investment communication by working in close collaboration with Investment Managers, Sales & marketing, Legal & Compliance professionals Ensure accurate and timely order execution control as bridge between PM/Traders and Middle Office/Operations Team Facilitate portfolio rebalancing, asset allocation and investment monitoring Oversight cash management and resolve any reconciliation/operations related matters by working with operations/external fund administrators Oversight the investment team and ensure trade orders are executed in an accurate, timely and effective manner Requirements Well‑qualified graduate with CFA background is highly desirable 4 years+ relevant intermediary/institutional sales/account management and product advisory experience in asset management or private banking industry Familiar with China asset management landscape Self motivated with seasoned presentation skills Strong understanding towards asset management and portfolio management Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic international environment Native Mandarin with excellent proficiency in English Benefits Hybrid Work Mode & Dynamic Investment Expo #J-18808-Ljbffr
