We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Chinese Pharmaceuticals (HK) Co., Limited . In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the brand strategy and leading marketing initiatives for our rapidly growing pharmaceutical company in Kwun Tong, Kwun Tong District . What you'll be doing Develop & implement a new product launch promotion and go‑to‑market strategies Plan, develop and implement ATL, BTL and online marketing strategies Support the launch of new products and enhancements to existing offerings Manage product lines portfolio, including stock level control, revenue forecasting with sales management and yearly overall pricing review Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies (including website, social media, SEM, SEO) Provide administrative support and project management as needed, including preparing various reports and analyses What we're looking for Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in a relevant field such as business, marketing, Life Sciences, or product management A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably within the supplement or healthcare industry A proven track record in new product development is an absolute advantage Profound understanding of full‑funnel media strategy on digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including Meta/Google advertising platforms and SEO/SEM principles Knowledge of the regulatory landscape for the marketing of health supplements in Hong Kong Familiar with retail dynamics, market trends and consumer behaviours Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Hard‑working, able to multitask, detail‑minded and meet deadlines What we offer Comprehensive health insurance and wellness programmes Generous annual leave and flexible work arrangements Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunities for career advancement and leadership growth A vibrant and inclusive company culture that values teamwork and innovation At Chinese Pharmaceuticals (HK) Co., Limited , we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
