Overview The client is looking for an Assistant Manager with hands‑on experience in both traditional and generative AI to join our IT AI Implementation team. Responsibilities Deliver hands‑on technical support and guidance for the deployment, integration and maintenance of AI applications across the organization. Assist in technical assessment and evaluation of third‑party AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and best practices. Identify and resolve technical issues related to AI platforms and applications, collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Collect and analyze business requirements and implement AI applications. Provide operational and technical support, including occasional after‑hours system support as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of AI solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline. Minimum of six years' experience in technical support, software development and project management, preferably in AI‑powered services or solutions. Proven, hands‑on experience with AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot and other practical AI‑powered solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with databases like Neo4j and MongoDB. Experience with leading AI development tools is required. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and design effective AI solutions, including Generative AI, NLP and Computer Vision.
