Job Overview This role supports the Engineeringteam to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels. Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Technician (E&M) is all about Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day: Maintain and repair all mechanical equipment, especially Plumbing & Drainage Inspect , clean, maintain, and repair all mechanical systems related to Plumbing & Drainage Handle emergency repair works for the hotel Perform regular preventive maintenance of all Plumbing & Drainage equipment in accordance with the schedule Perform all duties as assigned by Director of Engineering and Assistant Chief Engineer Requirements Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role: Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Minimum 2 years relevant experience. preferably at either a hotel, serviced apartment or in facility management. Practical Experience in Mechanical system and equipment, including Plumbing & Drainage. Successful completion of a full craft or technical apprenticeship in relevant trade or other equivalent course of practical training with 2 years post‑training working experience Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) is preferable. Nice-to-Haves: Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality. Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments. Able to work under pressure.
