Specialist, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships Join to apply for the Specialist, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships role at QBE Asia Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China Salary: CN¥60,000.00-CN¥100,000.00 Role Overview The purpose of this role is to support business growth and customer retention by providing exceptional service to customers and partners, as well as ensuring efficient processing of complex customer data to achieve positive outcomes. Additionally, the role involves developing relationships with internal and external parties and driving sales. Role Highlights You will be responsible for driving the implementation of sales and growth strategies and objectives with key partners and the sales team. Your New Role Supporting external stakeholders to build new pipelines such as teaching them how to sell GI products Answering enquiries about QBE products Coaching the Sales team on how to build relationships with prospective customers Facilitating client engagement by attending joint client meetings and providing effective GI discussion with prospects Supporting GI quote submissions and presentations – assisting stakeholders in preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotes, and liaising with underwriters About You Preferred with training or customer-focused experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and problem‑solving skills Moderate relevant general insurance experience Effective communication skills About QBE At QBE, we get to the heart of what matters for our customers.
