Customer Services Manager/ Asst. Manager Our subsidiary First Shanghai Securities Limited is looking for highly driven individuals who are motivated to grow and excel with the company. Job Responsibilities Supervise the day‑to‑day activities of the team Monitor and review the performance of the team and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints Knowledge in KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures and provide compliance related trainings to relevant staff Ability to handle multi‑task and manage projects simultaneously Cooperate with frontline and back offices to handle relevant projects and prepare promotion marketing materials Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor Job Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects Holder of SFC License for RA1, holder of RA2 will be an advantage Minimum 5 years solid experience in customer services, preferably in brokerage or banking industry Good knowledge of regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory bodies, e.g. SFC and HKEx Familiar with securities and futures account opening procedure Strong writing and linguistic skills, hands‑on and practical experience in marketing Self‑motivated with strong sense of responsibility Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill Good supervisory and organization skill Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Chinese word processing Immediate availability preferred We offer attractive package including 5 days work, Year‑end bonus and medical insurance to the right candidate.
